All invited speakers are asked to produce a written version of their talk for the proceedings, which will be published by the World Scientific Publishing Company. All fee-paying participants will receive a copy.

The deadline for submitting the finished manuscripts is 31st. October 2005.

Please download the World Scientific LaTeX2e proceedings style and instructions here – use the version with trim size 9.00" x 6.00". For the convenience of authors I have also saved copies locally, but please note that these files are only up-to-date as of 13th. September 2005.

Authors are strongly encouraged to avoid making any layout alterations (including font usage) as these are likely to be lost in the final markup. Please also note that all figures will be reproduced in black and white.

The page allocations are 12 pages for 40 minute talks and 8 pages for 25 minute talks.
