Dear Speaker/Participant/Committee member, this is the third and final bulletin for the Transversity 2005 workshop, to take place in Como from 7th. to 10th. September 2005 with the title: International Workshop on Transverse Polarisation Phenomena in Hard Processes (Transversity 2005) The workshop web pages, containing much necessary and useful information, including hotel lists, may be found at: http://scienze-como.uninsubria.it/phil/WS2005/ On the TECHNICAL tab of the pages you will find a list of PARTICIPANTS, a general description of the PROGRAMME (including a list a speakers and topics), and the full, finalised TALK SCHEDULE (also attached here). The workshop is scheduled to start on Wednesday (7th. Aug.) morning at 9:00 sharp! Registration at the secretariat may be made after around 8:30 (please note that there will be NO pre-registration on Tuesday afternoon). The programme includes three and a half days of activity: from Wednesday to around lunch time on Saturday, with the workshop dinner to be held on Friday evening in a restaurant (the Vapore in Torno) overlooking the lake (after a short cruise) - please be sure to state on registering if you are planning to be accompanied (the cost for guests is €35 a head). The typical working day will run from 9:00 to 6:30 or 6:45, with coffee breaks mid morning and afternoon and around one and a half hours for lunch. On Wednesday evening a welcome cocktail will be held in the grounds of Villa Olmo (accompanying guests are warmly invited). Two round-table sessions are envisaged: - Understanding single spin asymmetry data (Thursday late afternoon) - Future measurements and new proposals (Friday late afternoon) Suggestions and offers for brief and informal introductory comments to these discussion sessions are welcome and should be made to one of the local committee members on arrival or as soon as possible.
